Actor Cho Yi-hyun Can’t Get Over Choo Young-woo’s Shirtless Charm in BTS Clip

Actress Cho Yi-hyun is stealing hearts once again — but this time, it’s not for her on-screen performance. The rising K-drama star recently confessed she was left “speechless” after seeing co-star Choo Young-woo shirtless in a behind-the-scenes (BTS) clip from their upcoming series.

The duo, who are starring together in the much-anticipated romantic drama “When the Moonlight Falls,” have been generating buzz for their electrifying chemistry both on and off screen. But it was a candid moment during filming that sent Cho Yi-hyun — and the internet — into a frenzy.

In a new BTS video released by the production team, Choo Young-woo was seen preparing for a pool scene, confidently walking around shirtless. As cameras rolled, Cho Yi-hyun was caught visibly flustered, covering her mouth and laughing as she turned to the crew and whispered, “How is anyone supposed to concentrate with him looking like that?”

The moment quickly went viral, with fans flooding social media with swooning comments and lighthearted memes. Many praised Cho Yi-hyun’s candid reaction as “relatable” and “refreshingly honest,” cementing the scene as an instant fan-favorite.

Later, during a promotional interview, Cho playfully addressed the now-famous clip: “I wasn’t acting — that was just me being human,” she laughed. “He works out a lot and… well, it shows! I told him he should give us a warning next time.”

Choo Young-woo, known for his roles in “School 2021” and “Oasis”, responded with good humor. “It’s nice to know all those workouts weren’t in vain,” he quipped. “But now I feel shy watching that clip back.”

With both stars drawing attention for their natural rapport, anticipation for “When the Moonlight Falls” has skyrocketed. The show is set to premiere in August, and if the behind-the-scenes moments are any indication, fans are in for a swoon-worthy ride.

One thing’s for sure — Cho Yi-hyun might have just spoken for all of us when she said, “I’m still not over it.”
