The initiative has gained nationwide traction, particularly in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Assam.

A recent pilot in Bundelkhand reportedly led to a 38% increase in maternal health check-ups, while a campaign in Assam saw 12 villages declare themselves “violence-free zones” under community-driven monitoring.

Officials familiar with the preparations say that the delegation hopes to receive the Prime Minister’s endorsement for a broader rollout of Op Sindoor as a public-private partnership.
